A modern, end-of-three townhouse in a quiet residential area just beyond Fitz Park, an easy and pleasant short walk to Keswick's town centre. The back garden runs up to the old railway line (which is now part of the Coast to Coast cycle way) with its bank of mature trees & is a peaceful, quiet spot to relax in. Red squirrels are frequently seen in the garden.

The house has full double glazing and central heating by an Airflow System and also solar panel heating as an additional means of heating the water. It has recently been completely redecorated and is fresh and clean with furniture of excellent quality. It has a lounge/dining room with colour TV, DVD and CD player. Patio doors to garden at the rear.
