A well maintained, traditional Victorian terraced house in a quiet lane near the old railway line which now forms the lovely footpath to Threlkeld. It is within 10 minutes easy, level walking distance of Keswick town centre and offers nicely decorated, beautifully clean, warm, cosy, comfortable self-catering accommodation for families of up to 6.
Primrose Cottage has been completely modernised with full gas central heating, double glazing and a lovely up-to-date kitchen and bathroom, yet it still retains its homely character. The cottage has a small patio garden to the rear and garden furniture is provided for the summer months.
Pets are allowed and there is no additional charge for this.
The lounge has a colour television, DVD, video player and flame effect Dimplex electric fire; there is an open fire in the dining room.
The kitchen has been fitted with lovely modern wood units and has a gas cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, automatic washing machine/tumble drier, a microwave, food mixer, blender and well equipped cupboards. Hot water is on constant supply from a gas combi-boiler.
The bathroom is on the ground floor beyond the kitchen and has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin.
Bedrooms - a large single bedroom and two double bedrooms. An additional put-you-up bed can be sited in either the front bedroom or the single room. A cot and high chair can also be provided.
Bed linen can be provided for an additional charge of £5 per bed. Electricity is by £1 coin meter and gas is charged by meter reading. Coal is supplied free of charge.
