A delightful, modern house within a quiet, residential courtyard a couple of minutes' level walk from the shopping area & within easy walking distance of Derwentwater. The cottage was completely renovated and redecorated for the 2010 season. It has a fabulous kitchen/dining room and the furnishings and decoration have been tastefully colour co-ordinated throughout. It has full gas central heating set to come on twice a day and all hot water is in constant supply from a combi boiler.
The kitchen has a good range of well equipped units, a refrigerator/freezer, washing machine/tumble drier, microwave, gas hob, electric oven and extractor fan, CD, Radio and TV.
The lounge has a colour TV, DVD and electric fire. Patio doors look out over the court and fold up chairs are provided for use on the small patio.
The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, toilet, wash hand basin and shaver point.
Bedrooms — one double and one twin, with tea making facilities in each room. All beds have continental quilts and linen is provided free of charge. Please bring your own towels (arrangements can be made for towels to be provided for overseas guests or if you are using public transport).
