It has wonderful, unrestricted views across fields to the Borrowdale Fells, the Newlands Valley, Barf & the fells running the length of Bassenthwaite. It is a peaceful setting - ideal for a holiday as you have all the pleasure of a rural home yet the facilities of Keswick are still within easy reach. It has a beautifully maintained, good sized garden to the front, side & rear of the house with garden furniture & bar-be-cue.
The ground floor has night storage heaters. There is a large kitchen/dining room with a good range of well equipped modern units, a large refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, electric oven & hob. The lounge has a colour television, DVD, Video & an open fire for cosy winter evenings or an electric fire to supplement the heating.
Bedrooms - a single, a twin & a double room. The bathroom has a bath, toilet, & wash hand basin & an electric shower.
Please bring your own towels (arrangements can be made for towels to be provided for overseas guests or if you are using public transport).
