This semi-detached bungalow has been tastefully decorated and colour co-ordinated with quality carpets and furnishings to provide accommodation of the highest standard. It has full double glazing, gas central heating, a garage and ample off street parking. Being on an elevated site there are extensive views west to the front of the property and to the rear there is a patio area with garden furniture provided for the summer months.
The comfortable lounge/diner has a colour television and electric fire - a great place to relax and enjoy wonderful sunsets between Grisedale Pike and the Skiddaw massif.
The kitchen has quality wooden units, electric oven and hob with extractor fan, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, radio & washing machine.
Bedrooms - one double with colour TV; one bunk bedroom (substantial wooden frame with 3ft mattresses). A cot & high chair can be provided.
The bathroom has a bath with power shower over, toilet and basin.
Please bring your own towels (arrangements can be made for towels to be provided for overseas guests or if you are using public transport).
