It has full double glazing, gas central heating, a garage and ample off street parking. Being on an elevated site there are extensive views west to the front of the property and to the rear there is a patio area with garden furniture provided for the summer months.
The comfortable lounge/diner has a colour television and electric fire - a great place to relax and enjoy wonderful sunsets between Grisedale Pike and the Skiddaw massif.
The kitchen has quality wooden units, electric oven and hob with extractor fan, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, radio & washing machine.
Bedrooms - one double with colour TV; one bunk bedroom (substantial wooden frame with 3ft mattresses). A cot & high chair can be provided.
The bathroom has a bath with power shower over, toilet and basin.
